Add a lead/contact source

Add a source to the workspace's list.

Sources are plain strings with no id of their own — the name IS the identifier. Names are normalized (trimmed and lower-cased) before they are stored, and adding one that already exists is a no-op rather than an error, so this is safe to retry.

A source name may not contain the words stage or status: deletion identifies an entry by the shape of its id, and such a name would be mistaken for a stage or status id, leaving the source undeletable. Names containing them are rejected with 422.

Write access requires any contact or company write scope (or their .all variants).
